AESTHETICS

Erase the Damage. Reveal the Skin Beneath.

Laser Skin Resurfacing

Acne scars that texture every cheek. Pigmentation that won’t lift. Sun damage that’s accumulated for decades. Open pores that foundation sinks into. Your skin’s surface is carrying years of damage and no amount of exfoliation or serum can reach the depth where renewal needs to happen.

RECOGNISE THE SIGNS

Is This What You’re Experiencing?

If any of these feel familiar, you’re not alone and there is a solution.

01

Acne scars and pitting

Textural damage left by years of acne visible in side lighting, resistant to chemical peels alone.

02

Stubborn pigmentation

Dark spots and uneven tone that haven’t responded to topical treatments or standard peels.

03

Enlarged pores

Open, visible pores particularly on the nose and cheeks that make skin look rough and textured.

04

Sun-damaged skin

Cumulative UV damage manifesting as brown spots, fine lines, rough texture, and skin that looks older than it should.

05

Dull, lifeless complexion

Skin that’s lost its natural light no amount of brightening product restores the glow that healthy cell turnover produces.

06

Surgical or injury scars

Old scars from cuts, burns, or surgical procedures that remain raised, depressed, or discoloured.

UNDERSTANDING THE ROOT CAUSE

Why Surface-Level Treatments Can’t Fix Deep-Level Damage

The damage you see scars, spots, texture, pores exists in the dermis, the structural layer beneath the surface. Chemical peels work on the epidermis. Serums penetrate partially. Laser energy reaches the dermis precisely, triggering controlled destruction of damaged tissue and initiating the body’s wound-healing response which rebuilds the skin with fresh, organised collagen.

01

Dermal Damage

Acne scars, deep pigmentation, and textural irregularities exist in the dermis. Treatments that only address the epidermis produce limited, temporary results.

02

Disordered Collagen

Scar tissue is collagen but disorganised collagen. Laser creates controlled micro-injuries that trigger the body to replace this chaotic tissue with properly structured collagen.

03

Melanin Deposits

Deep pigmentation involves melanin trapped in the dermal layer. Surface treatments can’t reach it. Laser energy can target and fragment these deposits for the body to clear.

04

Cumulative Photo-Ageing

Decades of UV exposure damages the collagen matrix, thickens the stratum corneum, and creates irregular melanin distribution. Resurfacing removes the damaged layers and triggers rebuilding from below.

Root-Cause Protocol

YOUR JOURNEY

What Happens When You Visit

A clear, comfortable process from your first consultation to lasting results.

01

step

Surface Assessment

The doctor evaluates your skin concerns, scar depth, pigmentation type, skin tone, and sensitivity. Laser type and settings are determined based on what your skin needs and what it can safely tolerate. Duration: 20 minutes.

02

step

Pre-Treatment Preparation

For optimal results and safety, 1-2 preparatory peels and internal skin-health treatment may precede the laser session ensuring your skin’s healing response is primed.

03

step

Doctor-Performed Laser Session

The laser is applied in controlled passes, with settings adjusted in real-time based on tissue response. Cooling and post-treatment calming protocols are applied immediately after. Duration: 30-45 minutes.

Healing & Results

Mild redness for 3-7 days is normal. New skin emerges smoother, more even, and progressively improves over 4-8 weeks as collagen remodelling continues. A series of 3-4 sessions produces comprehensive resurfacing.

REAL PATIENTS, REAL RESULTS

What Our Patients Say

Years of acne left my cheeks textured and scarred. After 3 laser sessions here, the surface is genuinely smoother. The doctor was cautious with settings because of my darker skin, no burns, no darkening, just improvement.

— Anamika Gupta

Had sun damage and open pores. The laser plus internal treatment combination made a visible difference within a month. My skin looks clearer and more refined than it has in years.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

When performed by a doctor who understands melanin-rich skin, yes. The risk with Indian skin is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation which is avoided by using appropriate laser types, conservative settings, and proper pre/post-treatment protocols.

Mild redness and sensitivity for 3-7 days depending on the treatment intensity. Most patients return to routine activities within 3-4 days with mineral sunscreen. No bandaging or wound care required for the protocols we use.

Typically 3-4 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart for comprehensive resurfacing. Each session produces visible improvement. Maintenance sessions annually sustain the results.

Deep ice-pick scars may require a combination approach laser plus collagen induction (microneedling) and possibly PRP. Significant improvement is achievable; complete flattening of very deep scars may require multiple modalities.

Topical numbing cream is applied 30 minutes before the session. During treatment, you’ll feel warmth and a mild prickling sensation. The integrated cooling system keeps discomfort minimal.
